Me generally an optimistic person, is troubled over 2024 Year of Wood Dragon 甲辰年!
There are reasonable evidence to believe possibilities of recession, war, conflict, disasters, sickness, freak accidents, internet issues next year etc etc
This year is wise to adopt a defensive, conservative approach.
Put shares, investments, luxury purchases, big moves… on hold for 1 year.
Diluting the negative sectors in 2024 is of paramount importance this year. Far more than activating the positive sectors. As usual integrating number of feng shui formulas and Year natal chart, the world economy looks challenging.

First rule of thumb avoid or reduce “active movements” in the Bad sectors.
Here are the solutions to “dilute” the Negative Individual sector. Extent of the cure also depends on individual bazi structure, 10-year and annual luck pillar. Just like COVID-19 vaccination some seniors required more than the recommended 2 doses. From thousands of real life cases, negative things happened is not an isolated effect from feng shui. But usually coincide with bad 10-yr / Annual luck pillars.
How to use Annual 2024 feng shui remedies
Do place these remedies before mid Jan 2024. You can either use 1 or combination of 2 items as a solution.
If the place is passive e.g. dining area only 1 hr usage per day then 1 item will do.
If the afflicted sector is your Main Door location, consider a stronger remedy by using 2 or more items. E.g. in 2024 the really bad sectors are: West misfortune 5 惊门, SE 2 杜门 Tai Sui 辰山 , South 7 三煞 and NW 4 太岁戌 sectors.

Bad feng shui Sectors ( locations NOT directions )
if any one of the negative sector is your Main Door or Stove (kitchen) or air-cond condensor or bedroom do be mindful of sicknesses or accidents (in ranking of severity )
West sector Misfortune 5 V Bad – as usual the standard Yellow Bronze sheet or 6 rod bronze (brass or copper) wind chime or 6 Big Bronze coin or Bronze singing bowl with water inside or mechanical music box and ring it as often as you possibly could. Do take extreme caution of over your family’s health/accidents if your Main Door is located at “West sector”
SouthEast sector Sickness 2 / Tai Sui 辰山 V Bad – Hindrance door 杜门 巳劫杀. Use 6 Big Bronze coin and Dragon tortoise. Try not to move things such as sofa, chairs etc within SE sector. Particularly those born in the year of Dog, Dragon, Rabbit & Ox.
黄帝经云：太岁所在之辰，必不可犯 每年太岁坐镇的方位，属于尊位，宜静不宜动
South /SE 巳 / SW 未 3 Killings 三煞 巳丙午丁未. (check your Destiny Energy map)
South sector is V Bad. 3 pieces of Qi Ling (placement should be 2 on left and 1 on the right) and have a small glass of water (not moving water) if possible in front of qiling.
If you want to dilute the flying star Gossip 7. Avoid sitting within South sector if that is possible, facing it is alright. 三煞忌坐 可向
* 钦定协纪辨方书(1739) 太岁 SE 可坐不可向 Can sit Cannot face，South is the extreme bad and 2 sub sector stretches to SE & SW 三煞可向 Can face 不可坐 but cannot sit。
SouthWest flying star 9 & QMDJ Death door / don’t activate “9”
to most masters may seem to be the best energy to activate, because of the arrival of Period 9 auspicious energy 旺气. (Xuan Kong 9th luck cycle 玄空下卦 九运 is from 04 feb 2024 to feb 2044)
Using QMDJ 奇门遁甲-伏吟盘 (all energies back to their original natal chart). SouthWest sector is Death Door Qi Men Worst Energy similar Xuan Kong Misfortune 5 五黄廉贞星 !
Me would not risk activating “prosperous flying star 9 energy” for the sake of wealth. Because QMDJ Death Door, 天芮星 & White Tiger 白虎 represents misfortune, sickness and injury. One may attract wealth and end up in the hospital.
As a fail-safe, if SW is one of your 3 critical feng shui sectors 阳宅三要-门房灶 i.e. Main door, Bedroom and kitchen, do be mindful.
For Main Door, remedy is to hang 6 big bronze coin at your door handle and/or place a big bronze sheet overlay with a grey colour door mat.
Bedroom consider having a bronze singing bowl to knock 6 time daily or ring a mechanical music box to create a melody or hang 6 big bronze coin. This is similar to solving flying star misfortune 5. Death door is Earth element too.
For stove use a Bronze singing bowl or bronze bowl and have fill with tap water inside. Do remember to change the water.
Center 3 quarrelsome / gossip / lawsuit / disharmony. To dilute the negative effects use 9 packet of pink/purple/red colour ang pow / rose quartz beads or any items of this colour.
Positive 2024 Feng Shui sectors – East / NE / North
East flying star 1 and can activate academic or study luck 己巳 真文昌 using 4 or 1 stalk of water growing bamboo. If networking 人缘， seeking benefactor / status 催官 is what you need can consider having 6 pcs of 2 inches diameter bronze coin in a bronze bowl fill with tap water.
#to me only 1 sector which is East the Best & worth enhancing
NE 6 is just OK for me
North sector flying star 8 although the energy is positive but redundant in Luck Cycle 9
Presume Positive Sectors that shouldn’t activate
South 丙寅真禄 / 驿马 with 3 Killings can’t activate
SouthWest 丁丑 (fire ox) – 阴贵人 Yin benefactor can’t activate because Ox is in conflict with dragon 丑辰 相破.
Center 辛未 (metal goat) – 阳贵人 Yang benefactor with quarrelsome 3.
West 癸酉 桃花 networking with misfortune 5.
